Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Kadi ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Kadi is a free-to-play online card game. You can play as a guest or create a registered account. The game includes optional in-app purchases for virtual currency (gems) via M-Pesa.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• One account per person. Multi-accounting to exploit game limits is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Virtual Currency

• Coins and gems are virtual currencies with no real-world value.
• Virtual currency cannot be exchanged for real money, traded, or transferred outside the Service.
• Gem purchases via M-Pesa are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to modify virtual currency pricing and rewards.

5. Fair Play

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using automated tools is prohibited.
• Abusive, offensive, or harassing behavior in chat is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to ban players who violate fair play rules.

6. Intellectual Property

Kadi, its design, code, and content are owned by the Service operator. The traditional Kadi card game rules are part of Kenyan cultural heritage and are not claimed as proprietary.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
