1. Information We Collect
When you use Kadi, we collect:
- Account information: Display name, email address (if registered), and password (hashed, never stored in plain text).
- Game data: Game history, scores, ELO rating, coins, gems, and replay data.
- Device information: IP address and user agent string for daily game limit enforcement and security.
- Payment information: M-Pesa phone number (for gem purchases only). We do not store M-Pesa PINs or account details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the game service
- To track game statistics, leaderboards, and rankings
- To process in-app purchases via M-Pesa
- To prevent abuse (multi-accounting, daily limit circumvention)
- To display relevant advertisements via Google AdSense
3. Advertising
Kadi uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google may use cookies and device identifiers to serve personalized ads based on your browsing activity. You can manage your ad preferences at Google Ad Settings. VIP members may experience an ad-free experience.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Safaricom (M-Pesa): Phone number for payment processing
- Google AdSense: Anonymous identifiers for ad serving
5. Data Retention
Guest accounts and their data may be deleted after 30 days of inactivity. Registered account data is retained until you request deletion.
6. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Guest accounts can simply stop using the service.
